Our Sprinter expert, Rolando, attended the University of Texas and has been in the automotive
industry since 1989, with over 14 years specializing in Sprinters. He is passionate about helping
local businesses find the perfect van to support their operations and assisting families in
choosing the right vehicle. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, exploring the Hill Country, and
visiting wineries.
Interesting Fact(s): Rolando was an enthusiastic competitor in triathlons, two 26.2-mile
marathons, and the 100 mi. Century Ride.
Originally from Austin, Johnny relocated to San Antonio in 2020 to attend UTSA, where he
earned a B.B.A. in Marketing. He is currently pursuing his MBA at UTSA while continuing to
grow his career. Prior to MBofSA, he gained a year of experience in the automotive industry
and five years in marketing-related roles. Despite living in San Antonio, Johnny remains highly
family-oriented and makes frequent trips back to Austin to visit his loved ones.

Erick Tapia, from Brownsville, TX, is a Navy veteran with a background in solar sales. He
enjoys the outdoors, being a beach bum, and spending time with family. He enjoys watching
businesses customize their Sprinters for their needs & loves helping customers with the
process.
Interesting Fact(s): Erick once ate a Basashi (Japanese dish consisting of raw horse liver) in
Japan as an honored guest with a good friend.
Wayne, a graduate of Universal Technical Institute, has been a technician for over 13 years, with the past 10 years focused on specializing in Sprinters. As our lead Sprinter technician, he oversees maintenance and repairs for our Sprinter services. His primary goal in joining the team at MBofSA was to help establish and grow the Sprinter department from the ground up. Interesting Fact(s): In his free time, he enjoys gaming, photography, and spending time with his three dogs.
Eric has been with Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio for over 15 years, dedicated to
helping customers and keeping their vehicles in top shape. A devoted Christian, he
enjoys cars, riding motorcycles, and spending quality time with his family.

Devin is a certified Sprinter Service Advisor, serving as the direct link between customers and the technicians working on their Sprinters. With nine years of experience as a service advisor, he provides expert guidance on Sprinter services. What he enjoys most about his role is the diverse range of Sprinter customers and the connections he builds with them. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, playing flag football, and spending quality time with his beloved daughter.
